This week on The Scope News: Toronto police have charged alleged serial killer Bruce MacArthur with a total of five murders, and say there may be more -- in a case that has shaken Toronto gay village.  And Torontonians rally to confront Islamophobia on the one-year anniversary of the Quebec mosque shooting. Plus, a Toronto community agency is working out of an unusual venue to bring fresh food to some of Toronto’s most vulnerable residents.
