Boots and Hearts Music Festival is a multi-day country music festival established in 2012 by Republic Live Inc. in Canada and is held at Burl’s Creek Event Grounds in Oro-Medonte, Ont.

Boots and Hearts 2017 will run from August 10 to 13. The headliners for this year are Keith Urban, Brantley Gilbert and Luke Bryan. Last year, Boots and Hearts had Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton and Dierks Bentley as their main acts.

Local talent for Boots and Hearts 2017 includes: Nice Horse, Jesse Gold, Lindi Ortega, Cold Creek County, Jessica Mitchell, Dani Strong, Kelly Prescott, Jess Moskaluke, JJ Shiplett, Sykamore, The Abrams Brothers, Chad Brownlee and more.

Being the largest country music festival in Canada, Boots and Hearts lives up to their motto: Work Hard, Play Harder. With food vendors, festival and artist merchandise and boutique store sellers, Boots and Hearts is equipped with festival essentials and many more perks.

Nice Horse

This all-girl Canadian country group is considered the Zac Brown Band in miniskirts and the Spice Girls on a whiskey bender. The girls from Nice Horse are Kaley Debra, Katie Marie, Brandi Caroline, and Krista Lee. From Alberta, these Canadian country sweethearts are joining the stage at Boots and Hearts on Saturday, August 12. So, pony up and don’t miss out on a fun time with Nice Horse.

 

Jess Moskaluke

From Langenburg, Saskatchewan, Jess Moskaluke is a Canadian country-pop star. From winning the Canadian Country Music Association’s (CCMA) Female Artist of the Year Award to receiving a JUNO nomination for Country Artist of the Year and Breakthrough Artist of the Year, Jess Moskaluke is proud to celebrate her platinum single status for her song "Cheap Wine and Cigarettes." Be sure to check out Jess Moskaluke at Boots and Hearts performing her heart out on Sunday, August 13.

 

Jesse Gold

Jesse Gold is a Toronto-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. A country-pop artist, Jesse Gold’s soulful melodies reflect a modern country tone. Being one of the 2016 Boots and Hearts Emerging Artist Showcase Top 7 Finalists, Jesse Gold’s Canadian country roots are deep in the festival's history. Jessica Mitchell

Jessica Mitchell is a Toronto-based country singer-songwriter. Living in Nashville, Tennessee, Jessica Mitchell has been writing and perfecting her country sound. Nominated for CCMA's Roots Artist of the Year Award, Jessica Mitchell’s rich tone and soulful words will not leave you disappointed. Watch Jessica Mitchell perform on Friday, August 11. 

 

Cold Creek County

Cold Creek County prides themselves on multi-part vocal harmonies and feel-good party songs. From Ontario and Saskatchewan, these Canadian boys are a six-piece band with a mature energy and a small town sound. The frontman and vocalist Ches Anthony was discovered by the band on YouTube. With a JUNO nomination for Breakthrough Group of the Year in 2017, Cold Creek County is just beginning to reach their full potential. Check out Cold Creek County playing on Sunday, August 13.
